From Grain to Pasta

The pasta comes from very simple raw materials: a mixture of durum wheat semolina and water, without preservatives or additives of any kind. Its quality is therefore a direct consequence of the grain quality and milling processes first, and then of the production. The process with crafts time, the natural drying for dry pasta and the packaging immediately for the fresh, are the characteristics of OroGiallo which mean “quality”.
