From passion, tradition and old vocation of well-known artisans comes OroGiallo 


Pasta masters at the helm of La Bolognese, leading Company in Campania in the production of handmade fresh pasta and among the first in the dry one, the Milito family since many years mixes handmade methods with the use of advanced technologies and excellent raw materials.

OroGiallo is exclusively produced with carefully selected Italian wheats, coming from vigourous and natural spikes combined with the healthy and thermal water having the well-known healing properties characterizing the town of Contursi Terme, joyful campanian resort, where the Company is based.

Free from the choice of the modem

 

commercial logics requiring high production rates, La Bolognese, even if using technologically advanced equipments, adopts processing methods being still traditional but requiring time and dedication such as bronze drawing, slow and natural drying process, immediate packaging of the fresh pasta. All these operations make the OroGiallo pasta absolutely unique.

The result of what above stated, is a pasta having an old taste produced by a modem Company certified, with quality and environment systems, as per the UNI EN SO 9001:2008 and UNI EN ISO 14001:2004 standards.

The OroGiallo plant is based in the Industrial Zone of Contursi Terme, in the province of Salerno.
